Jeremy Ford recently joined host Elias in the cave!
Based on the beloved, best-selling books by R.L. Stine, the connected trilogy; “Fear Street: 1994,” “Fear Street: 1978,” and “Fear Street: 1666” follows three separate timelines that all take place in Shadyside, Ohio. Jeremy appears in the years 1994 and 1666 opposite Olivia Welch and Sadie Sink, as a group of teenagers hunts down clues to uncover events that have haunted their town for generations. The clues eventually lead them to realize all of these events may be intertwined, and they could be in danger from whatever has plagued the town for centuries. “Fear Street: 1994,” “Fear Street: 1978,” and “Fear Street: 1666” are slated to debut this summer (July 2, July 9 and July 16) as part of Netflix’s upcoming “Summer of Fear” campaign.
In television, Jeremy can be seen in Apple TV+ new series “The Mosquito Coast,” opposite Justin Theroux and Melissa George. Previous credits for include starring in the award-winning short “The Happiest Couple Alive,” which tells the story of a couple trapped in a self-destructive cycle. Jeremy’s performance as Jake garnered him the Best Actor in a Live-Action Short - First Quarter Gold Award win at the Queen Palm International Film Festival. Additionally, he starred in Adam Meek’s short “Furlong,” opposite Annalise Basso. While appearing in front of the camera has kept Jeremy busy, he is equally passionate about writing. He has penned three features with one entitled “Way Down Bundy,” which was greenlit for production this fall. Slated to be directed by Jack Cooper Stimpson, Jeremy co-wrote the feature with his wife, a successful Art Director. The slice of life indie dramedy focuses on a strained interpersonal relationship as a son returns to his hometown to say goodbye to his terminally ill father.
Born and raised in southern California, Jeremy grew up in Menifee as a shy and introverted kid. He discovered his passion for being on set and brining characters to life as a background actor. On the charity front, Jeremy has a big place in his heart for supporting rescue animals and has a shepherd husky mix that he and his wife rescued named Pippa.
