Inga Schlingmann Discusses Her Exciting New Role in 'So Help Me Todd'

Inga Schlingman recently joined host Elias in the cave! You can see Inga as Susan on CBS's 'So Help Me Todd'

So Help Me Todd - follows Todd, whose instincts as a private investigator are good, but he lacks direction and is the black sheep of his family. At the insistence of his strong-willed mother, Margaret, Todd reluctantly agrees to work at her Portland, Oregon, law firm as an in-house investigator. Margaret believes in strictly adhering to the law, which is at complete odds with Todd's tendency to bend the law to navigate sticky situations.

Inga Schlingmann has a diverse background as a first-generation American whose parents immigrated to New York from Taiwan and Germany. At NYU, she pursued pre-med studies while majoring in art history and minoring in chemistry and psychology. During her time at NYU, she also won the title of Miss Manhattan with a platform focused on improving infant and maternal mortality rates. After graduation, she worked with AmeriCorps as a birth doula and lactation aide, providing support to underserved and undocumented women in Brooklyn.

Eventually, Schlingmann transitioned to the corporate world, working at Bloomberg LP before moving on to become a senior account director at LinkedIn. It was during this time that she landed the role of Susan in the upcoming project "So Help Me Todd." Schlingmann brings a unique set of skills and experiences to her work as an actor, with a passion for making a positive impact on the world.
